About getting hot and power consumption:
- DS400+ does not have battery so it will consumpt the power from the device.
- Temperature of 15℃ is normal phenomenon.
Does DS400 support in-line remote control in the headphone or phone calls answering with headphones?
- DS400+ does not support in-line remote control in the headphone or phone calls answering with headphones.
- When you get incoming phone call, just pick up your phone and answer it.
TIPS FOR YOUR USAGE:
- For Windows users, the driver needs to be installed for the first time.
- You can download and install driver from USER MANUAL.
- You may need a Type C to USB to give power supply when connect to mobile phones.
- If it is not work, check the port at 1st time, plug to “USB IN” port instead of DC5V port.
- Does not support answering phone call.
